ABOUT LINDSEY ROBERTSON

Lindsey Robertson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist in Summit, NJ. She received her graduate degree from Columbia University and advanced training through The Ackerman Institute for the Family. She is an NASW Approved Clinical Supervisor and Certified Field Instructor through Hunter College.

Lindsey has received training in the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents and adults in a wide range of settings, including schools, nonprofits and hospitals. Most recently, Lindsey worked at Morristown Hospital providing clinical services to individuals, couples and families.

COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY

CBT is goal-oriented and emphasizes problem solving strategies to reduce irrational thinking and change behavior patterns.

FAMILY SYSTEMS

Family Systems Therapy, often called family therapy, couples counseling or relationship counseling, brings families and couples together to nurture change and development.
